All shipping is done through Canada Post and will follow their guidelines and procedures. Any insurance on packages must be arranged with management upon closing of the auction. Additional handling and packaging fees may be applicable.

Items will be picked up by winning bidders in the designated dates and times of each auction, unless otherwise arranged with staff ahead of time. Items not picked up, face the possibility of storage fees and/or forfeit.
All items won will be paid in full by credit card immediately following the closing of the auction.

If you choose to bid on a Lot, we will make the utmost efforts to provide auction services to the best of our ability. However, Co-Z Auctions YEG Inc. makes no warranty with regards to your satisfaction with any services or products.
You will be responsible for paying any shipping, insurance, postage and delivery costs in addition to any final purchase and hammer prices. All items will be shipped via Canada Post and will be restricted to their shipping guidelines and policies.
Co-Z Auctions YEG Inc. Reserves the right to bid on behalf of buyers who may be unable to do so at the time of auctions final closing, without notice to registered bidders.
The highest bidder acknowledged by iCollector will be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders or in the event of doubt on our part as to the validity of any bid, we will have the final discretion to determine the successful bidder, cancel the sale or re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, our sales record is conclusive.
Subject to the fulfillment of all of the conditions set forth herein, on the fall of the auctioneer's hammer, title to the offered Lot will pass to the highest bidder. Said bidder thereupon assumes full risk and responsibility hence forth.
The purchaser will not be entitled to possession of any lot won until the total purchase price of said lot, and any other lots won in auction (or any outstanding invoices from previous auctions) are paid in full.
